Tools arrived on time. Quality of tools look amazing.
Such an excellent tool. It’s so simple as well. It’s a great piece of mine knowing that I can get to anybody if they need help. I tested out all of the tools and they are phenomenal.

The kit arrived with all the contents. Unfortunately the carry bag was ripped so I had to transfer the items to another bag.

Provided that the deadbolt isn't in place, and whoever installed the door did not make an adjustment to the throat plate so that the anti-loiding tab would pop in, it works very well.

Perfect set up
Equipment and bag are solid and the bag has room for some additional tools! I love the large handle on the bag, it makes it easy to grab with gloves on or on the fly.

Love the products, both work as advertised. One improvement I would make is more instruction regarding the techniques of use. There definitely is a nuance to them both. Suggest a link after purchase/delivery to a more in-depth process. Good job, loved the packaging, and quality.

Practical and easy to put away
The outer door tool works pretty good no issues The inward doors having lots of issues I slided all the way down put it on a 90° angle put it on all different angles kind of pull the door and it's just tears up the edges it works twice out of the last six times I used it and those two were on regular in-house doors not front doors where I need it the most.
I didn’t use it yet, but it sounds good
Super not impressed with the swipe card. Not worth the money at all. A credit card works a lot better, The steel hook tool works pretty good
Tried it on my first door with a plate blocking the door latch. Could not get it to open after trying for more than 5 minutes every which way and even watched all the fire pick videos on YouTube to make sure i didnt miss anything. 0 for 1 so far.
